Welcome to the Auburn Enlarged City School District Online Registration Portal
If you need to review the list of required documents, please go to AECSD PreK Registration Page .
Getting Started:
- Click on the "New User" option to the left, then click CONTINUE.
- There are 6 required screens to this process, they are:
- Children - basic information for each child
- Contacts - individuals who you identify as contacts for your child (custodial or non-custodial parents, legal guardians (court order), emergency contacts...)
- Relationships - each contact's relationship to each child (Father, Mother, Guardian, Emergency Contact, etc.)
- Addresses - for each contact
- Additional Informaton - Registration Form(s), Housing Questionnaire, Home Language Questionnaire, and Student Health Form
- Contact Info. - for the individual who input the information for this registration session.
- To make changes to your document, click the buttons under "Previous Step" & "Next Step"
- To cancel your sessions at any time, click the "Cancel" Button on Page 1 or exit the session.
- When all information has been entered, submit the registration session by clicking the "SAVE" button on the last page.
- You will receive a confirmation email from our Registration system with a 6-digit session key verifying the session has successfully been transmitted to our office. If you do not receive this email, your Registration has not been successfully submitted. Please check your SPAM folder for your confirmation email if you do not find it in your inbox.
You will have the option to upload attachments (if uploading, please have required documents readily available) , or send/bring them to the Central Registrar located at 78 Thornton Ave.
After your submission has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. The district registrar will contact you if any additional components are needed in order to complete the registration process.
